About Nashville Pro Landscape
Nashville Pro Landscape was built for one reason: Middle Tennessee homeowners deserve a landscaping company that shows up when it says it will, does what it said it would do, and charges what it quoted. That sounds like a low bar. In our experience across Nashville, Franklin, and the surrounding suburbs, it isn’t.
Our service territory covers Davidson County and the immediately adjacent areas — Williamson to the south, Sumner to the north, Wilson to the east, and Rutherford to the southeast. We serve Nashville proper plus Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, Spring Hill, Smyrna, Antioch, and Nolensville. If you’re in that radius, your property is on our service map.
The work breaks down into six core services: lawn mowing, landscape design, irrigation, leaf removal and seasonal cleanup, hardscaping, and commercial landscaping. We don’t pretend to do everything — you won’t find us installing roofing or paving driveways. We stay inside the landscape and do that work well.

Our Approach to Middle Tennessee Yards
Nashville sits in the transition zone, which is landscaping’s polite way of saying “nothing grows easily here.” Cool-season grasses like tall fescue burn out in July and August. Warm-season grasses like Bermuda go brown from November through April. Every plant choice, every mowing schedule, every irrigation setting has to account for the fact that our climate fights both extremes.
We build every service program around that reality. That means we mow fescue taller than you’d expect to protect root systems through heat stress. It means we overseed in September, not spring. It means we recommend Middle Tennessee-native and regionally adapted plantings wherever the design allows, because a switchgrass or coneflower will still be alive in year three when a Japanese maple planted in full clay has already given up.
The soil is the other half of the challenge. Tennessee clay over limestone bedrock is compacted, slow-draining, and often only a few inches of topsoil deep. Before we install a new bed or a hardscape, we assess drainage, amend where necessary, and build features that account for freeze-thaw movement. Shortcuts here produce failures in year two or three — and we’d rather do it once than fix it later.

Why Nashville Homeowners Choose Us
Three things set us apart from most Nashville crews: fixed scheduling, flat pricing, and transition-zone expertise. Your lawn gets mowed on the same day each week — not “sometime this week.” The quote is the price; we don’t tack on edging, blow-off, or fuel surcharges. And our crew leads know why fescue needs 3.5-inch mowing in July and why a Bermuda lawn shouldn’t be overseeded at all.
Beyond the fundamentals, we show up with the same crew on your property across the season, so details don’t get lost between visits. We’re fully licensed and insured — certificate of insurance available on request, emailed directly before your first service. And when you call, you get a real person who knows your yard, not a call center forwarding tickets to whoever’s available.
Service Areas Across Middle Tennessee
Our crews are routed daily out of central Nashville with coverage extending into all adjacent Williamson, Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford, and Davidson suburbs. Drive time matters — if you’re more than 30 minutes from downtown, we’ll let you know during the quote whether service makes sense for your location. For most of the metro, it does.
If you want a full breakdown of where we work and how our routing handles each suburb, our service areas page lays it out by neighborhood. Ready to get started? Request a free quote through our Free Quote page or call us at (615) 248-0140.
